Project scope:

• Team with architectural firm on new building
• Construction of three projects
• Condominiums select and present three color packages (with upgrades) for resident selection
• Café and Auditorium facilities- space planning, finish, and furniture selection
• Assisted Living - space planning, finish and furniture selection for lobby, dining areas, parlors, common areas
• Oversee the procurement of all furnishing, arrange and supervise receiving and installation
