• new building construction, 45,000 sq. ft., two floors- architect Marshburn/ Bunkley
• create budget estimates and furnishing list for entire building for state presentation package
• select all interior finishes and specifications for construction bid package
• coordinate phone, data, and electrical needs with furniture placement plans
• fabric & finish selections for furniture
• Furniture layouts for open work areas, offices, and common areas
• specifications for furniture and complete bid package
