Delp Hall, for use by the college’s faculty, was one of two 110-year-old structures flanking the centerpiece building of campus with its historic clock tower. Delp Hall, like Moss Hall  was rebuilt to keep the traditional, conservative image of the college. Watson Design created budgets for all interior finishes and furniture for both new structures and oversaw product ordering and installation

Project scope:

• Delp Hall and Moss Hall planned concurrently
• Create space plans for open work areas, offices and common areas
• Determine historic light fixture applications and reuse of salvaged materials
• Coordinate phone, data and electrical needs with furniture placement
• Specify directory signage and resolve entrance issues

Special achievement:

Moss Hall and Delp Hall use similar furniture with different
finishes for design cohesiveness and cost savings.
