Originally a subsidiary, this financing
company downsized and then expanded
after initial completion of the interior design. Headquarters space stayed the same, so Watson Design became Watson redesign: reconfiguring, reusing, and revising the space and its furnishings several times.

Project scope:

• Interviews and master planning to meet changing needs
• Hire installation companies, oversee product order entry and
  coordinate product delivery and receipt
• Installation planned for minimum lost time and employee
  disruption
• Maximize use of existing furniture
• Conduct all follow-up work

Special achievement: We helped keep headquarters changing, functioning and looking good all at the same time, including "finding space" for people and equipment and reusing furnishings.
